Brant Penney is a partner at Reinhardt Wendorf & Blanchfield. Mr. Penney began working as an attorney at Reinhardt & Anderson in 2002 and joined the successor firm of Reinhardt, Wendorf & Blanchfield in August of 2003. A 2002 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, Mr. Penney has over 15 years of experience litigating class actions in the areas of consumer protection, TCPA, antitrust, employment, and securities law. Mr. Penney has been involved in all aspects of litigation at the state and federal level, and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Minnesota, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the District of Minnesota. He also currently serves as a Council Member of the Antitrust Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
